At this time of year, many opportunities present themselves to capture iconic images of the season. Out here in San Diego, there are entire neighborhoods that get into the spirit in a very electricity driven, illuminating way. My family and I went out to gaze and gawk at some of the displays. Of course I had my camera at the ready. I also had some other gear that helped me captured the shots that I envisioned. Check out the video above to see what I was packing that night.
