On Show #57, I talked about reasons why you should shoot in black and white. Listeners then began posting some really nice black and white images to our Pocket Lenses Facebook group. One day, I posted an image that had been treated, in black and white, in 2 different ways. I asked people to choose which one they preferred and why. I got a lot of fascinating and enlightening responses.
I decided to create a video to show that there’s more than one way to craft a black and white image.

Thanks Sonny. I found this video very helpfull. My local camera club has set the challenge of street photography for its members this time and so your emphasis on B & W photography is completely serendipitous. I will now be able to tweak my pictures with a bit more confidence . Thanks again.
